      Customer Success Manager / Account Manager – PL

      We are looking for a colleague with an analytical mindset and a pro-customer approach to work with our clients – e‑commerce companies to help them grow.

      • Polish language at C1-C2 level is a must
      • preferred location is Poland
      • contractor’s fixed compensation 1800€ – 2500€, depending on experience + commissions 300-600€

      As a Customer Success Manager you will work with our clients, e‑commerce companies and help them grow.  

      Why is our CSM important:

      • you will be responsible for retaining and increasing customer satisfaction
      • together with customers you will evaluate how they use our product and advise them on how to make the most of it to achieve their goals
      • you will be responsible for upselling to existing clients

      Tasks and responsibilities:

      • prepare A/B test evaluations in Google Analytics and explain the data to customers
      • communicate clearly the benefits of our product
      • look for opportunities to make the use of Search, Recommender and other services more efficient for customers
      • find new ways of applying Analytics, Search or Recommender in an e‑commerce environment (e.g. linking them with other solutions)
      • provide support to existing customers to retain and increase their sales (upsell, cross-sell)
      • collaborate closely with the technical team in case of ambiguities in the data
      • standardize the automated method of customers´ needs assessment
      • support the customers and continuously improve their use of the Luigi’s Box application

      What we expect

      • knowledge of A/B test evaluation in Google Analytics
      • preparation of clear reports
      • working with segments and e‑commerce metrics in Google Analytics
      • Excel/Googlesheet – advanced (pivots, lookups, sumif, etc.)
      • 2-5 years of experience working with clients in SaaS, software, technical solutions
      • attention to details
      • skilled at building relationships and maintaining high level of customer service
      • excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills
      • support the customers and continuously improve their use of the Luigi’s Box application
      • understanding the customers´ requirements
      • positive approach to customer satisfaction and sales

      Required Language skills:

      • Polish, native or C1-C2
      • English, active working proficiency (B2)
      • another European language is a great advantage
