We’re looking for a colleague who will take care of delivering projects focused on integrating Luigi’s Box on the client’s websites.
Together with the integration and sales teams, you will help our clients, e‑commerce companies, start using Luigi’s Box smoothly.
- Start in May/June 2023

- Compensation: 2000-3000€ monthly as an invoiced amount, based on experience

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer-facing & project managing experience in a digital agency, preferably in the SaaS or technical e‑commerce solutions sector
- Good knowledge of project management principles and methods
- Understanding the customer requirements and translating our technical and procedural demands to our customers
- Love for technical knowledge, so you help customers to use our product to its full potential
- Effectively organize and plan activities for yourself and your teammates
- Excellent communication and attitude, so you engage and motivate the remote team
- Problem solving – gather information and come up with a solution that works for all parties
- Knowledge of the basic frontend technologies – HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage
Required language skills:
- Slovak OR Czech language – professional working proficiency at C1-C2 level is a must
- Fluent English – B2 level – is a must
- Any other European language is welcome, e.g. German, Polish, Nordic languages
Tasks and responsibilities
- You are responsible for all elements of a timely project delivery
- Together with the customer and internal team, you will manage the customer integration projects and ensure that we help customers start using the product smoothly and achieve their goals
- You will guide customers through the integration process, listen to their needs and participate in the proposal of solutions and delivery of our promises
- You will proactively lookout for blockers and make sure to clear them in time for the technical team, to make sure that there are no delays
- You will manage your own small team of developers. You will facilitate communication between the client (in their native language: Slovak or Czech, or in English too) and your technical team (in Slovak or Czech)
- You will evaluate project administration activities and resources (deadlines, timeline, reporting statuses, communication activities, distribution of the tasks between team members in line with the quality of the delivery and customer satisfaction)
- You will identify areas for improvement in project management that can help us improve
- You will look for opportunities to make the integration process more efficient, faster, reliable, and predictable
- Projects are of small to moderate scale, and usually take 2-4 weeks
This is a remote communication and a teamwork too
- Clients are located in the Czech and Slovak Republic, and other mainly European countries
- The team members you will work closely with are located in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland
- There may be occasional travel to business meetings with clients, to the office in Slovakia, or team building events to improve working relationships few times a year
