We’re looking for SDR/ BDR to join our sales team who will focus on sales prospecting, reach out to new leads and push them further down the sales funnel.
Your goals
As a Business Development Representative in Germany you will:
- Sell one of the best search solutions in Europe reported by Gartner / G2
- Manage business development part in new customer acquisition on DACH market
- Call / emailing / social to C-level prospects, decision makers, influencers to obtain meetings with relevant e-commerce accounts
- Listen to prospect’s business needs, explain Luigi’s Box added value and successful use cases
- Maintain solid data hygiene quality in CRM, focus on actionable & relevant information
What we expect
- Preferred 2+ years of sales development quota-carrying experience in the DACH market (Germany / Austria / Switzerland), minimum 1 year in SaaS sales development
- Proven track record of creating strong pipeline (qualified opportunities) for sales managers in an IT tech environment – you are able to identify metrics that matter in your line of work and act on them
- Communication skills, with positive and energetic phone skills and outstanding listening skills – it’s not about you, it’s all about them
- Creativity in outbound prospecting – able to fast iterate on what works and what doesn’t; not being afraid to try different approaches
- Well-organised, great time-management
- Knowledge of online/digital marketing technology
- Experience with DACH e-commerce segment
- Excellent written and spoken German communication skills (native)
- Solid English communication skills
- familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, as well as sales automation tools e.g. Salesloft, Outreach, etc.

You will be part of a recently formed European Business Development team headed by a Sales leader deeply experienced within the e-commerce area. Our sales have representation in Slovakia, Czech republic, Poland, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Currently we are a team of 40 people. Mentoring, mutual support and feedback are part of our culture. We prefer to run efficiently, so we listen to your ideas.
When we can, we also meet in person at off-site events and teambuildings. You will meet us monthly online at all-hands meetings (ending with fun kahoot quizzes) and on Thursdays on online small talks with remote colleagues.

We’re looking for someone who will manage internet pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, implementation and analysis of ad performance.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC Specialist) you will be part of a marketing team headed by a leader deeply experienced within the SaaS area. We like numbers, so performance marketing is our focus. We rely on overall collaboration and effectiveness of marketing results.
Your tasks and goals
- Be responsible for campaign management inside PPC systems
- Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Capterra Ads and others
- Identify key segments that drive positive ROI for our sales team
- Identify suitable ad formats that drive expected results
- Identify transactional keywords that brings best leads
- Manage ad budgets & overall PPC spend
- Optimise conversion rates for PPC ads
- Monitor competition to ensure our ads are always top-notch
- Work with USP & value proposition in our ads to find sweet spots
- Look for weak spots on our website based on activity of users from paid ads
- Track brand vs non-brand performance of the campaigns
- Report to CMO & work closely with CRO
- Optimise & enhance ads, search queries and improve ads performance
- Implement SKAGs to ensure maximal effectiveness whenever it makes sense
- Listen to our CPO to ensure ads are relevant and brings value to users
- Maintain data-drive approach for everything you will be working on
What we expect from you
This position is a good fit for you if you have:
- 2+ years of PPC management experience
- Proven track record of creating ads for clients/business
- You are able to identify PPC metrics & measure your work
- Knowledge of basic analytical/reporting platforms like Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- You are able work independently based on team goals
- Well-organised, great time-management
- Knowledge of online/digital marketing technology
- Solid written and spoken English, able to fluently communicate in English – we are already an international team
- Familiarity/previous experience with SaaS business models
- Knowledge of automated scripts/workflows for maximum efficiency
