Luigi’s Box is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution providing site search and product discovery tools for e-commerce websites. Our analytics 📉, search 🔎, product listing and recommender ensure that ecommerce sites deliver fast, relevant, and personalized results for every query.
Luigi’s Box increases conversions and sales for more than 3,000 e-shops, including Alza, Benu, O2, Acer, Kosik, Under Armour, Orsay, KiK and other big names on the Czech, Slovak, Polish and the EU market.

You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of business & technical roles, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Our Team
- We have over 80 team members across Europe, operating from 8 countries.
- You will be part of the Operations Team, which currently consists of 4 members (Operations Specialist, People Partner, Recruiter, Finance Controller), reporting to the CEO.
- In this role, you will closely collaborate with hiring managers (including co-founders, C-level executives, and team leads) who are actively engaged in hiring, so you won’t have to chase them 😎
What you will do:
- You’ll own the entire recruitment journey:
- Craft compelling job ads.
- Design hiring process.
- Dive into headhunting, actively seeking out the perfect fit.
- Lead the charge on coordinating and evaluating interviews, ensuring hiring managers receive valuable feedback.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Negotiate compensation packages, sealing the deal between the company and candidates 🤝
- Work closely with hiring managers, keeping the hiring process running smoothly.
- Taking care of positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Dive into employer branding adventures, from collaborating with universities to crafting our career page, and beyond!
What we expect from you:
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in technical or/and business recruitment.
- You’re creative when it comes to searching for the right talent and you are not afraid to experiment with Plan B or think outside the box.
- You’re not just about candidate experience, but you also team up with hiring managers to cook up and execute innovative recruitment strategies because you like to follow the latest trends 🙃
- You’re good at working on your own, but also a team player.
- You are keen on shaping employer branding.
- You are good at juggling multiple projects and prioritizing.
- You possess basic copywriting (or know how to use ChatGPT).
- English? You speak it fluently.
- Moreover, if you come from a startup background, we’re all ears!
