Uni Hobby asked us to prepare an analysis of their current personalization. Based on that, we agreed on the ultimate goal—increasing the comfort of the customer shopping journey. We chose 2 KPIs to measure.
We agreed to 30 days to evaluate our cooperation, so we kicked off our work. We optimized the search, redesigning the search module with filters and autofill. We also fine-tuned the search on queries with no found products.
Once the search was done, we implemented the recommendation boxes, which were not available on the e-shop.
We know that the conversion rate is also boosted if the customer can see alternative products on the page with the product he is looking at. The customer doesn’t need to return to the product category but can buy one of the recommended products directly.
The Last viewed box stands out as a crucial element, significantly elevating customer satisfaction and driving revenues. Our research indicates that the homepage is the most optimal location for these boxes.
Customers often feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of products and categories available, leading to confusion during their shopping experience. To address this issue, we implement a personalized box showcasing top-selling products. This strategic approach helps customers navigate the assortment and instills trust in the recommendations provided. As a result, we have observed a significant increase in revenues.
