Average order value is one of the largest online tour sellers in the Czech market, focused on selling inland and foreign trips. The goal was simple. To determine by what percentage its turnover will increase if they use personalized recommendations.

Where was the issue?

Many visitors were confused on the site, browsing for a long time through thousands of destinations and trips that did not engage them. By directing visitors toward their preferred trip, we helped them move through the transaction funnel much more quickly.
