Our Recommender is simply simple to use
Overall, Recommender is designed to improve the online shopping experience at your store and provide your customers with personalized product recommendations tailored to their needs. But you surely must already know this because the use of product recommendations is immensely widespread in the world of e-commerce.
Our Recommender is a powerful tool. You don’t have to sort products manually, so you don’t have to keep track of products in stock when you make any changes. It won’t offer random similar products either. Our Recommender uses advanced algorithms driven by artificial intelligence to provide personalized product recommendations for each of your customers. It’s like a virtual salesman in your e-shop. The best part is that it doesn’t need any intervention from your side.
Its operation is based on the processing of customer data. It analyzes their preferences, past search queries, browsing history, and buying behavior. Then, it processes and compares this data with a large amount of product data to create the most accurate profile of the customers’ needs. Based on this profile, Recommender identifies similar products that might interest the customer. The result is a list of recommendations tailored specifically to your customers’ preferences that enhance the shopping experience. The more the customer interacts with the Recommender and gives it feedback, the more accurate and relevant the recommendations will be. Recommender Dashboard
When you click on Recommenders Analysis in the Recommenders menu, you can see a funnel of your recommenders’ performance. On the right side, you select the ones you want to see in the analysis. On the top right, you can select the date range, and see everything selected in a clear dashboard.
In the top panel, you see:
- The number of users on the site for the selected period
- Total number of recommendations displayed
- Number of clicks to the recommender
- Number of insertions into the cart
In the graph you can then see how the funnel has narrowed. How site visitors become those who clicked on an item in your recommendation and those who added products to their cart. So you can track click-through rates and, more importantly, conversion rates. You can evaluate how each recommender performs and adjust its settings if necessary.
Cart Value
If you go to Cart Value in the Recommendations menu, you can see exactly which recommendation brought what absolute or average value added to your cart. You can analyze and then evaluate the recommendations based on this data, find patterns in usage, and optimize everything to meet your business goals.
