What is the A/B Tests and Experiments feature?
The A/B Tests and Experiments feature is available for clients who want to know more about the potential outcomes of reconfigurations in the Luigi’s Box application. A/B Tests and Experiments helps Luigi’s Box users find the best possible search setup. This feature is currently available to certain Luigi’s Box clients who were assigned their own customer success manager (CSM). The A/B Tests and Experiments feature allows you to experiment with our search and discovery product selection.
How can you use A/B Tests and Experiments?
You can create your own A/B tests with various ranking signal setups and see which of the two options performs better. The current limitations allow only one experiment to run on one site at the same time. A/B tests can also be scheduled so that you can set up multiple tests in advance.
Admin users can set up variants and scenarios for the A/B test. You can also select the duration of the tests and decide what percentage of online visitors will be affected by this experiment. After these tests end, you can see the results and see which setup produced better results for your use case. The results include average order value, conversion rates, or revenue per session.
